Weekly rates:
Cottage 7-8 = $650 + tax
Cottage 1-2-3-6 = $675 + tax
Cottage 4-5 = $700 + tax
Bring your own:
Garbage bags,paper products and beach towels

Optional: Linens (towels and sheets) $30 weekly + tax

Nightly rates:
Cottage 7-8 = $100 + tax
Cottage 1-2-3-6 = $105 + tax
Cottage 4-5 = $110 + tax

Linens included in nightly rates

(September 7 - 13 $80 nightly + tax)

Off Peak Season

Weekdays : $60 nightly + tax
Weekends : $70 nightly + tax
Linens included

Check-in	After 3:00 PM
Check-out	10:00 AM
No early check-ins
No late check-outs

$100 due at time of weekly reservation.
Any reservation canceled within 60 days of stay forfeits deposit.
All refunds subject to $15.00 processing fee.
No refund for early departure.
